Piñones de Castilla is born in Pedrajas de San EstebanThe great family begins with the association of 27 Castilian producers dedicated to the pine nuts sector form pinus pinea who see a benefit in the union.
They start creating markets abroad, crossing borders beyond their homeland, to break through and make a difference among the rest of the firms, to consolidate themselves and take this great taste to other places.
Nowadays, the pine nuts from Pedrajas are well known in different countries worldwide such as Italy, France, England, USA, Germany and Switzerland, among others.
Currently, this great family comprises approximately 50 members. All of them are producers and collectors of the feedstock, consequently, from the beginning of the process, they try to make the Iberian pine nut a prescriber of a healthy nutrition, along with the power and beauty of their land, Castilla.
